摘要
美国政府对军工企业给予了大量的支持,其中包括军品采购、科研拨款、税收优惠、贷款担保、信息技术支持等,这些支持大大促进了美国军工企业的发展壮大。波音公司即是这样的例证,波音公司经历了一百多年的发展,从初创到发展,到最后成为军工企业巨头,其中就离不开政府持续不断的支持。美国政府这些做法对我国军工企业发展也有着很大的启示。我们可以在法律建设、军民融合、金融融资、科研体系、监管制度等方面加强政府对军工企业的政策支持。
The U.S.government provides a lot of policy supports such as military procurement,funding scientific research projects,tax preference,information technology,which greatly promoted the development of the American military enterprises.For example,the Boeing company have got a great deal of supports came from the U.S.government constantly,that help it grow quickly and become a giant military company.These practices of the U.S.government should have great enlightenment to Chinese government and military enterprises.Chinese government should strengthen policy support to Chinese military enterprises,including law making,funding scientific projects,financing supports,regulation policy as well.
