摘要
对欧美双方在大型客机领域的贸易冲突进行了详细阐述,总结和归纳出欧美双方向各自航空企业提供政府补贴的类型、方式、所违反的国际法规以及补贴对双方航空企业发展的影响。对空客以及波音公司近20年的经营状况进行比较,分析出美国首先向WTO提起诉讼的原因。最后,对欧美双方在大型客机领域的贸易冲突的发展前景进行预测,并对我国政府支持大型客机产业的方式提出了若干意见。
This paper specifically describes the trade conflict in the large commercial aircraft field between European and USA in detail,summarizing the types of the government subsidies and the methods by which the both sides＇ governments provided the subsidies to their own aviation manufacturers,as well as the international regulations and laws the both sides violated and the impact made by the subsidies on the development of aviation manufacturers. Meanwhile,it also compares the past 20 years＇ operation performance of Boeing and Airbus and analyses the reasons for that the United States firstly filed a WTO trade complaint. Finally,it predicts the development trend of the trade conflict in the large commercial aircraft field between European and USA,providing some suggestions for the methods that the Chinese government could use to support the large commercial aircraft industry of China.
