摘要
介绍了通过表层、色彩和整体三个维度对汽车涂层外观品质进行评判的方法。包含了涂层颜色外观客观和主观评价的内容;分析了颜料对颜色外观效果的影响;说明了面漆涂层结构工艺分类组成;综合分析了涂层结构与光线作用形成个性外观效果的原理;指出了涂层外观品质提升发展的方向。
The appearance quality evaluation of coating for automobile is introduced as viewed from the surface appearance,color and the integral feeling,including the objective data and subjective appearance evaluation.The effect of pigment on the color appearance of the coating is discussed.The relationship between light and film structure is also analyzed.Finally,the development trend of coating appearance quality is described.
