摘要
以水性丙烯酸消光乳液作为消光材料和成膜物质,拼加水性聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液,制备了一种高透明度水性木器哑光清面漆。研究结果表明,与使用二氧化硅消光粉制备的水性木器哑光清面漆相比,使用丙烯酸消光乳液作为消光材料使涂料的制备工艺更简单、贮存性能更稳定。同样光泽度的哑光涂膜,使用水性丙烯酸消光乳液作为消光材料在透明度方面表现更优。
The waterborne acrylic matting emulsion, used as the matting and film forming material was added with waterborne polyurethane acrylic emulsion for prepare a high transparent waterborne wood matte varnish. The research results indicated that, compared with the waterborne wood matte varnish prepared with silica matting powder, the acrylic matte emulsion used as the matting material can make the coatings production process simpler and their storage performance stabler. For the matte film- forming material with similar glossiness, the waterborne acrylic emulsion can be used as the matting material to achieve more excellent performance in the transparency.
