摘要 为了提高零钞纸币在分拣时的自动化水平,根据零钞纸币的特点,设计了以STM32为控制核心的小型纸币清分装置的控制系统,详细介绍了硬件控制系统的组成,搭建了安全线信号检测电路、宽度和计数的测量电路。开发了与之配套的小型纸币清分装置控制系统软件。该控制系统可以满足小型纸币清分装置的控制要求,能够提高纸币的分拣速度,降低了人工分拣的劳动强度。进行了安全线信号测试试验,不同纸币采集到的磁安全线信号的波形是不一样的。所述控制系统的可靠性好、便于维护,可满足用户的实际需求。 In order to improve the automation of zero-note banknote sorting,according to the characteristics of zero-note banknote,a control system of a small banknote sorting device based on STM32 is designed.The composition of the hardware control system is introduced in detail,and a safety thread Signal detection circuit,width and count measurement circuit.Developed with its supporting small banknote sorting device control system software.The control system can meet the control requirements of a small banknote sorting device,can improve the sorting speed of banknotes and reduce the labor intensity of manual sorting.A safety signal test was conducted.The waveform of the magnetic safety signal collected by different banknotes is not the same.The reliability of the control system is good,easy to maintain,to meet the actual needs of users.
