摘要
目的探析皮肤科化妆品不良反应导致患者心理抑郁和焦虑情绪的发生情况。方法选取2017年9月~2018年9月九江学院附属医院皮肤科收治的85例化妆品致面部疾病患者作为病例组,选取同期81例正常人作为对照组,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)同时评估受试者的抑郁和焦虑情况。结果病例组的HAMA、HAMD得分、焦虑及抑郁发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组躯体化≥36分的患者焦虑、抑郁发生率高于躯体化<36分的患者,女性焦虑发生率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组男性与女性的抑郁发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论皮肤科因化妆品不良反应导致面部疾病患者的焦虑和抑郁的发病率要高于正常人,且女性焦虑明显高于男性焦虑,而抑郁在男女发病中无明显差异。
Objective A preliminary study on psychological depression and anxiety in patients with adverse reactions to cosmetic products in dermatology.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,85 patients with cosmetic facial diseases in the Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University were selected as the case group,and 81 normal people in the same period were selected as the control group.Subjects′depression and anxiety were evaluated by Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and 90 symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90).Results The scores of HAMA and HAMD,the incidence of anxiety and depression in the case group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).The incidence of anxiety and depression of patients with somatization(≥36)in case group were higher than those with somatization(<36),the anxiety rate of female patients was higher than that of male patients,the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of depression between males and females in the case group(P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with facial diseases caused by cosmetic adverse reactions in dermatology is higher than that of normal people,and female anxiety is significantly higher than male anxiety,while there is no significant difference in the incidence of depression between men and women.
