摘要
目的探讨热敏灸在自然分娩后促进子宫复旧的临床效果。方法选取2018年2~12月江西中医药大学第二附属医院妇产科自然分娩的60例产妇,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予缩宫素注射治疗,治疗组给予热敏灸治疗,在自然分娩后不同时段测量子宫底高度并计算宫底下降速度,观察阴道恶露量、恶露持续时间及疼痛程度。结果治疗组自然分娩后的恶露持续时间短于对照组,血性恶露量少于对照组,总体宫底下降高度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸在自然分娩后促进子宫复旧的临床效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of thermal moxibustion on promoting uterine involution after natural delivery.Methods From February to December 2018,60 cases of spontaneous delivery in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into control groups and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin Injection and the treatment group was treated with thermal moxibustion.The height of the uterine floor was measured at different time after natural delivery,and the descending rate of the uterine floor was calculated.The amount of vaginal lochia,the duration of lochia and the degree of pain were observed.Results The duration of lochia after natural childbirth in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of blood lochia was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant,the overall height of the decrease in the fundus of uterus was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thermal moxibustion can promote uterine involution after natural childbirth,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
