摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,城乡建设造成了一系列的雨水问题。习近平总书记于2013年提出建设“海绵城市”,近几年通过国家海绵城市试点建设,试点区的雨水问题得到了显著改善。建筑与小区海绵化改造作为海绵城市建设过程中重要的项目类型之一,在海绵城市建设过程中取得重要进展。结合海绵城市的内涵、现状及建筑与小区项目的特点,从基本条件、建成效果、运营维护等角度对该类海绵项目的效果进行评价;并以北京市某建筑与小区为例,分析其海绵化改造的效果。
With the acceleration of urbanization process,rainwater problems were on the rise in urban and rural construction.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the construction of“Sponge City”in 2013.Through the experimental city construction of the National Sponge City,the rainwater problem in the experimental area has been significantly improved in recent years.As one of the important project types in the construction of sponge city,the buildings and community sponge construction has made important progress.This study follows the connotation of the sponge city and combines the characteristics of the buildings and community projects to evaluates the effects of the sponge project from the perspectives of basic conditions,completion effects,and operation and maintenance points.Simultaneously,it takes a certain building and community in Beijing as an example to analyze the effects of its transformation.
