摘要
建筑小区一般开发强度大、人口和财产集中,一旦发生内涝灾害则损失严重,如何将已建小区的有机更新、提标改造与海绵社区建设相结合已成为今后城市建设的重要任务之一。系统分析了已建小区海绵社区改造面临的问题与对策,探讨了海绵社区改造的技术路线、控制指标和技术模式,并以北京某既有建筑小区为例,借助SWMM模型分析了海绵社区改造前后水文控制效果等,以期为已建小区的海绵社区改造提供科学依据。
Waterlogging often caused serious losses in residential district due to the high intensity of development, centralization of the population and property. So it' s one of the most important tasks to combine the promotion of constructed residence with sponge city development. The problems and counter- measures of residential district renovation combined with sponge city were systematically analyzed. Mean- while, route, controlling parameter and technical pattern are discussed. Taking a residential district in Beijing as an example, hydrology parameters were compared between before and after its renovation via stormwater management model (SWMM), so as to provide a scientific basis for similar cases.
