摘要
目的研究油菜花粉和姜黄提取物对番茄红素抗氧化作用的影响。方法雌性SD大鼠36只,体重173~239 g,随机分为:①番茄红素处理组、②番茄红素+油菜花粉处理组、③番茄红素+姜黄提取物处理组。各处理组每天按10 ml/kg.BW的灌胃容积经口灌胃给药,连续30 d,末次灌胃后,禁食16 h,按12 ml/kg.BW的灌胃容积1次灌胃给予50%乙醇,6 h后麻醉后取血,检测血清中蛋白质羰基、还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果各处理组间体重差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与1组相比,2组和3组动物血清的丙二醛和蛋白羰基水平都下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组和3组动物血清的还原性谷胱甘肽水平都升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论本实验中油菜花粉和姜黄提取物分别与番茄红素联用时,比单独使用番茄红素,更能降低动物血清丙二醛和蛋白羰基水平,让动物显著性产生更多的血清还原性谷胱甘肽,油菜花粉和姜黄提取物可能通过协同提高体内抗氧化物质水平来促进番茄红素的抗氧化作用。
Objective To explore the effect of rape pollen and turmeric extract on the antioxidant activity of lycopene. Methods A total of 36 female SD rats(173-239 g) was randomly assigned into three groups:(1) lycopene group,(2) lycopene + rape pollen group,and(3) lycopene + turmeric extract group. Each of three groups was given oral gavage at a dosage of 10 ml/kg bw per day for30 consecutive days. After the last administration,rats were fasted for 16 h,then intragastric administration 50% ethanol solution(12 ml/kg bw). After 6 h of given ethanol,blood samples were taken after anesthesia. The serum levels of protein carbonyl, GSH, MDA were tested.Results There were no significant differences in weight among three groups(P>0.05). Compared with the group 1, the serum protein carbonyl and MDA levels of the group 2 and group 3 declined, but no significant differences were observed(P>0.05). The serum GSH levels of the group 2 and group 3 were significantly higher than that of the group 1(P<0.01). Conclusion Compared with lycopene only, rape pollen and turmeric extract combined with lycopene can produce more serum reductive glutathione. The rape pollen and turmeric extract may promote the antioxidant effect of lycopene by increasing the level of antioxidants within body.
