摘要
为明确花椒连作障碍发生的可能机制,本研究以不同连作年限(5年,10年,15年,20年)花椒土壤为研究对象,探究不同生育期花椒土壤化学性质(有机质,氮,磷,钾,速效氮,速效磷,速效钾和pH)及土壤酶活性(过氧化氢,脲酶,蔗糖酶和碱性磷酸酶)在不同程度连作土壤中的变化,旨在为花椒科学种植与栽培提供一定的理论依据。结果表明:(1)随连作年限的增加,土壤有机质、全氮、速效氮、全磷、速效磷、全钾、速效钾等养分含量均有所降低,土壤pH值在8.09~8.48之间,表现偏碱性。(2)土壤过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶和碱性磷酸酶在花椒萌芽期、开花期和果实成熟期三个阶段内的变化趋势相似,而土壤脲酶活性则无明显的变化规律。本研究初步结论表明随连作年限的增加,土壤化学性质降低,酶活性先升高后降低,以10年的土壤连作障碍表现最突出,土壤酶活性为最低。
In order to reveal the possible mechanism of the continuous cropping obstacle in Zanthoxylum bungeanum,the change of soil chemical properties(organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and pH)and soil enzyme activities(catalase,urease,invertase and alkaline phosphatase)of different continuous cropping soils in different growth stages was studied with different continuous cropping years(5 years,10 years,15 years and 20 years),to provide a theoretical basis for scientific planting and cultivation of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in this study.The results showed that:(1)The contents of soil organic matter,nitrogen,available nitrogen,phosphorus,available phosphorus,potassium and available potassium decreased with the increase of continuous cropping years,and the soil pH ranged from 8.09 to 8.48,showing alkalinity.(2)Soil catalase,sucrase and alkaline phosphatase had the same change trend in the three stages of germination stage,flowering stage and fruit maturity stage,but soil urease activity did not change significantly.The preliminary conclusions of this study indicated that with the increase of continuous cropping years,soil chemical properties decreased,enzyme activity increased first and then decreased,and the continuous cropping obstacle for ten years was the most prominent,and the soil enzyme activity was the lowest.
