CO2点阵激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风的疗效观察 被引量:26

Effectiveness and Safety of Fractional CO2 Laser Combined with Tacrolimus Ointment for the Treatment of Vitiligo

摘要 目的观察CO2点阵激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法73例白癜风患者随机分为两组,治疗组(37例)采用CO2点阵激光治疗,每4周1次,共3次;对照组(36例)采用窄谱中波紫外线治疗,2次/周,两组均外用0.1%他克莫司软膏,2次/d,疗程12周。两组在疗程结束后评价疗效。结果治疗组有效率高于对照组,疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组面颈部、四肢、手足的疗效及白斑开始复色时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者躯干的疗效及白斑开始复色时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论CO2点阵激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风疗效优越、不良反应小,可作为治疗白癜风的新方法。 Objective To determine the efficacy of fractional CO2 laser therapy combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods Seventy-three patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into the treatment group(37 cases)and the control group(36 cases).The treatment group received fractional CO2 laser treatment,once every four weeks for 3 times in total,the control group received narrow-band ultraviolet B treatment,twice per week.All the patients received 0.1%tacrolimus ointment therapy for 12 weeks.The therapy efficacy was observed after finishing treatment.Results The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The efficacy and time of repigmentation in some of the anatomic sites(face-neck,limbs and hands-feet)were significantly better in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).No severe adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion For the treatment of vitiligo,fractional CO2 laser combined with tacrolimus ointment shows remarkable clinical efficacy and less adverse reaction.It is a new method for the treatment of vitiligo.
