摘要
目的为响应打造一支能打胜仗的联勤部队,我院护理部积极参与全民备战练兵,将先进护理管理模式应用于护理人员日常工作之中的具体效用,深入探寻对于护理人员工作积极性的影响分析。方法经我院卫勤处护理部批准后,2019年3月至2019年5月从全院区选取的64名骨干护理人员作为本次研究实验组对象,再另外选取64名临床一线其他护理人员作为本次研究的对照组对象,其中对照组护理人员给予基础护理管理模式,实验组护理人员则给予先进护理管理模式,所有对象均接受为期3个月的练兵备战,比较两组护理人员训练前后工作积极性以及工作效率。结果两组护理人员在进行训练前,工作积极性和工作效率较为相近,但通过有效训练后实验组护理人员的工作积极性以及效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),组间差异具有统计学意义。结论护理人员应用先进护理管理模式能够从多个方面提升护理人员的工作能力和积极性,同时也是广大医疗机构中应用的有效模式。
Objective In response to the need to build a winning joint service, the nursing department of our hospital actively participated in the national combat readiness training, applied the advanced nursing management model to the specific effectiveness of the daily work of nurses, and explored in depth the impact of analysis on the work enthusiasm of nurses. Methods After approval by the Nursing Department of the Medical Service Department of our hospital, 64 key nurses were selected from the whole hospital from March 2019 to May 2019 as the experimental group and 64 other nurses from the clinical front line as the control group. The control group nurses were given basic nursing care. The nursing staff in the experimental group were endowed with advanced nursing management mode. All the subjects were trained for three months to prepare for battle. The working enthusiasm and efficiency of the two groups before and after training were compared. Results Before training, the working enthusiasm and efficiency of the two groups of nurses were similar, but after effective training, the working enthusiasm and efficiency of nurses in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The application of advanced nursing management mode by nurses can improve the working ability and enthusiasm of nurses from many aspects, and it is also an effective mode applied in the vast number of medical institutions.
