摘要
目的回顾性分析南沙某岛礁二级医院门诊就诊情况,为新形势下该地区精准化卫勤保障提供依据。方法按照国际疾病分类(international classification of diseases, ICD)-10标准,回顾性统计南沙某岛礁二级医院2016年11月至2018年12月军卫二号门诊电子病历中17 558人次的诊断信息。结果统计发现该时间段南沙某岛礁二级医院门诊诊断次数排序前5位的系统疾病分别为肌肉骨骼系统和结缔组织疾病、呼吸系统疾病、皮肤和皮下疾病、消化系统疾病、损伤和中毒,排序前5位的疾病依次为背痛、上呼吸道感染、关节炎和关节病、外伤、胃肠炎。结论当前南沙岛礁的发病情况有明显的流行病学变化,派驻医疗队应以实际医疗需求为指引,加强对常见多发疾病的诊治,制定科学合理的防治策略,合理配置医疗资源,发展重点学科,培养一专多能医学人才,进一步提高卫勤保障水平。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the outpatient medical service data of a certain Nansha reef secondary hospital, so as to provide evidence for precise medical support in the region under the new scenario.Methods A retrospective analysis of the diagnostic records of 17 558 outpatients from the database of Junwei No. 2 within the above-mentioned time span in a certain Nansha reef secondary hospital from November 2016 to December 2018 was made in accordance with the International Classification of Diseases(ICD)-10.Results The top five systemic diseases of the outpatients within the time span were: the skeletal and muscular system and connective tissue diseases, the respiratory system diseases, the skin and subcutaneous tissue diseases, the digestive system diseases, injury and intoxication. The top five diseases of the outpatients within the time span were: back pain, upper respiratory infection, arthritis and arthralgia, trauma and gastroenteritis.Conclusion At present, there displays an obvious epidemiological change in the incidence of diseases in Nansha. The dispatch of medical teams should be based on practical requirements. The diagnosis and treatment of those commonly and frequently occurred diseases should be enhanced, the strategies for proper and scientific prevention and treatment of diseases should be developed, key disciplines should be strengthened, medical talents of one specialty with multiple capabilities should be cultivated, so as to further increase the capability of military medical support.
