摘要
目的探讨治疗溃疡性结肠炎时应用双歧三联活菌胶囊的疗效以及对CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞和IL-10的影响。方法选取溃疡性结肠炎患者30例,分为两组。其中一组给予常规对症治疗的为参考组,另外一组在常规治疗的基础上给予双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗的为研究组。对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗后,与参考组情况相比,研究组患者结肠炎症评分明显更低、CD4^+CD25^+调节T细胞占CD4^+T细胞的比例及IL-10水平更高、其治疗总有效率也更高,所有对比情况差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在溃疡性结肠炎的治疗中,双歧三联活菌胶囊可以有效地改善肠道微生物的平衡,其临床疗效较佳,具有推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of Bifid Triple Viable capsules on CD4^+CD25^+regulatory T cells and IL-10 in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods Thirty patients with ulcerative colitis were selected and divided into two groups.One group was given routine symptomatic treatment as the reference group,the other group was given Bifid Triple Viable capsules on the basis of routine treatment as the research group.The clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,compared with the reference group,the colon inflammation score of the study group was significantly lower,the proportion of CD4^+CD25^+regulatory T cells in CD4^+T cells was higher,the level of IL-10 was higher,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher in the study group,all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifid triple viable capsule can effectively improve the balance of intestinal microorganisms in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,and its clinical efficacy is better and has the value of promotion.
