摘要
目的:探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)对炎症因子、氧化应激及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:选择于我院进行治疗的UC患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片1g/次,4次/d,连续治疗1个月,临床症状稳定后,剂量改为500mg/次,3次/d,连续治疗3个月。观察组用药,在与对照组相同的常规治疗基础上,给予双歧杆菌三联活菌(培菲康胶囊)辅助治疗,0.84g/次,2次/d,连续治疗3个月。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后炎症因子(IL-6、IL-10、CRP、TNF-α)、氧化应激标志物丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)水平。结果:治疗后,两组TNF-α、CRP、IL-6、MDA、CD8+水平显著降低(P<0.05),IL-10、SOD、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平分别为(72.17±15.18)pg/mL、(21.52±10.21)mg/L、(15.98±4.12)pg/mL,显著低于对照组治疗后的(86.55±17.26)pg/mL、(43.02±12.27)mg/L、(22.35±3.67)pg/mL,MDA水平为(5.89±0.56)nmol/mL,显著低于对照组治疗后的(6.75±0.68)nmol/mL,观察组CD8+水平(17.24±3.06)%,显著低于对照组治疗后的(19.01±2.62)%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-10水平为(70.21±6.03)pg/mL,显著高于对照组治疗后的(56.48±8.67)pg/mL,SOD水平为(1.84±0.06)U/mL,显著高于对照组治疗后的(1.32±0.05)U/mL,观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平分别为(57.84±6.07)%、(36.78±4.32)%、1.92±0.29显著高于对照组治疗后的(54.93±6.87)%、(35.42±5.27)%、1.89±0.12,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎能够调节氧化应激和炎症因子水平,抑制机体炎症反应,提高免疫功能,有助于改善UC患者的临床症状。
Objective:To explore the effect of Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria on inflammatory factors,oxidative stress and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:A total of 90 patients with UC treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets,with 1g/times,4times/d,continuous treatment for1 month;when their clinical symptoms were stable,they were received the dose switched to 500mg/times,3times/d,continuous treatment for 3months.Patients in the observation group on the basis of conventional treatment were given Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria scattered adjuvant therapy(Bifico capsule),with 0.84g/times,2times/d,continuous treatment for 3months.In the two groups,the levels of inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-10,CRP,TNF-α),oxidative stress markers(MDA,SOD)and T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)were compared pre and post treatment.Results:The levels of IL-6,CRP,MDA,TNF-α,CD8+in both two groups were significantly decreased compared with the treatment before(P〈0.05);the levels of IL-10,SOD,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were significantly increased compared with the treatment before(P〈0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,MDA and CD8+in observation group with the data(72.17±15.18)pg/mL,(21.52±10.21)mg/mL,(15.98±4.12)pg/mL respectively were decreased more significantly than the data(86.55±17.26)pg/mL,(43.02±12.27)mg/L,(22.35±3.67)pg/mL in control group.MDA level(5.89±0.56)nmol/mL in observation group was decreased more significantly than the level of(6.75±0.68)nmol/mL in the control group;CD8+level(17.24±3.06)%in observation group was decreased more significantly than the level of(19.01±2.62)%in the control group(P〈0.05).After treatment,IL-10level(70.21±6.03)pg/mL in observation group was increased
