摘要
在生产预应力混凝土用钢绞线的过程中为了连续生产,必须对钢丝进行电阻对焊电接。电阻对焊技术是影响产品质量、生产效率和生产成本的关键技术。电接断丝主要体现在焊缝区域、回火延伸区域、夹持区域。本文将针对这三个区域断丝原因进行分析、并通过操作技术提升、对焊机的改进来提高电接质量。
In order to produce the steel strand for prestressed concrete continuously,it is necessary to weld the steel wire with resistance.Resistance butt welding is a key technology that affects product quality,production efficiency and production cost.The electric wire is mainly embodied in the welding seam area,tempering extension area and clamping area.This paper will analyze the causes of wire breakage in these three areas,and improve the quality of electrical connection by improving the operation technology and welding machine.
