摘要
本文在分析变频式直流点焊机逆变主电路“直通”现象产生原因的基础上,对“直通”现象进行了分类,提出了相应的解决方法。实验表明,本文提出的方法对“直通”现象有很好的防护能力。最后还给出了25DVA逆变直流点焊机主电路的“直通”防护实例。
On the basis of analyzing the reason for inverted main circuit'straight'phenomenon of conversion DC spot welding machine, the'straight'phenomenon are classified and the relevant resolving methods are given.The tests show that the methods for'straight'phenomenon given in this paper are of good protective ability.The'straight'protective example of the main circuit for 25 KVA conversion DC spot welding machine is given.
