摘要
目的通过考察内蒙古居民对城乡居民基本医疗保险的满意度,分析主要影响因素,并提出相应的政策建议。方法通过问卷调查了解内蒙古1 142名参保者对城乡居民基本医疗保险的满意度,采用描述性统计和二元Logistic回归分析方法进行分析。结果在较短的实施时间里,参保者对城乡居民基本医疗保险满意度较高,整体满意率约为70%。回归分析结果显示,满意度与参保者的受教育程度、定点医疗机构的远近情况、定点医疗机构的医疗费用水平、定点医疗机构的服务态度、个人缴费水平和医保政策宣传力度呈正相关。结论改善定点医疗机构的各项制度,合理设置个人缴费水平,加大对医保政策的宣传力度。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction with the integrated medical insurance scheme for urban and rural residents in Inner Mongolia, to explore the influence factors, and to provide related policy recommendations. Methods A total of 1 142 residents insured with integrated medical insurance scheme were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on their satisfaction with medical insurance. Descriptive statistics and binary Logistic regression were conducted for the analysis. Results After the short period of implementation, the satisfaction degree with integrated medical insurance scheme for urban and rural residents in Inner Mongolia was about 70%, which was relatively high. The binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the satisfaction degree was positively correlated with the insured residents’ education, the distance of designated medical institution from the residence of the residents, the medical expenditure in the designated medical institutions, the service attitude of medical staff of the designated medical institutions, the contribution rate of personal account and the publicity of medical insurance policies. Conclusions It is necessary to improve the regulations of the designated medical institutions, set a rational personal premium and enhance the publicity of medical insurance policies.
