摘要
药学服务(PC)通过提供药物治疗相关服务对患者提供帮助,但专业化、标准化的药学服务工作策略仍有待研究探讨。经济、临床与人文结果模型(ECHO模型)通过经济、临床与人文三个维度收集与评价数据,对所研究的药学服务进行全面的评估,为临床药师等药学研究者提供了药学服务评估的理论框架与实践基础。
Pharmaceutical care(PC)provides help for patients through the provision of drug-related services,while professional and standardized pharmaceutical service strategies remain to be explored.The economic,clinical and humanistic outcome model(ECHO model)collects and evaluates the data through three dimensions of economic,clinical and humanistic outcomes,conducts a comprehensive assessment of the studied pharmacy services,and provides the theoretical framework and practical basis for pharmacy service evaluations for pharmacologist such as clinical pharmacists.
