手足口病患儿EV71/CA16-DNA肠道病毒检测感染情况临床分析 被引量:1

Clinical Detection Analysis on Infectious Situation of EV71/CA16-DNA Intestinal Tract Virus in Infants with Hand-Foot-and-Mouth Syndrome

摘要 为研究分析手足口病患儿EV71/CA16-DNA肠道病毒检测感染情况,将确诊为手足口病的160例患儿作为研究对象,通过患儿咽拭子、肛拭子以及粪便标本对患儿EV71以及CA16-DNA肠道病毒进行特异性核酸检测,对手足口病患儿的流行特征进行临床分析。结果:比较四季EV71以及CA16-DNA肠道病毒分布情况差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中春季EV71以及CA16-DNA肠道病毒分布最多,分别为39.36%和37.88%,其次是冬季,分别为26.60%和27.27%。比较EV71以及CA16-DNA肠道病毒的年龄分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中12~23个月患儿EV71以及CA16-DNA肠道病毒的年龄分布最多。比较EV71以及CA16-DNA肠道病毒的性别分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),男性患儿EV71肠道病毒感染居多,女性患儿CA16-DNA肠道病毒居多。结果表明,手足口病患儿肠道病毒感染类型以EV71为主,其中以春冬季发病为主,以12~23个月男性儿童为高发年龄,儿童聚集环境应及时通风消毒。 This study was to investigate the detection infection of situation of EV71/CA16-DNA intestinal tract virus(ITV)in infants with hand-foot-and-mouth syndrome(HFMS),160 confirmed infantile patients were enrolled in the study:through detection of and estimation of specifility on their EV71/CA16-DNA ITV by using pharynx swab,anal swab and stool specimen,to analyse the epidemic features in infantile patients.As results,in the both virus’ distribution there was statistical differences between the four seasons:in spring the both virus distributed with the most(accounted for 39.36% and 37.88%),next in winter,accounted for 26.60%and 27.27%;as for age,there was statistical difference also(P<0.05),infantile of 12-23 months(age),with the most;as for gender,also statistical difference(P<0.05),male were predominated by EV71 virus,while female by CA16-DNA.Results show that EV71 is main type infecting infantile,spring and winter are main pathogenesis seasons,and male children of 12-23 months(age)are high-onset objects,therefor one of the copy measures is timely taking ventilation to the children crowing place.
