摘要
分析工程总承包招标的特点,对工程总承包招标从招标准备、资格条件、招标文件编制、评标办法设置等各阶段进行研究,找出工程总承包模式下的招标特点与方法,以期为工程总承包项目的招标工作提供借鉴。
This article analyses the EPC tender features and researches the EPC tender phases,including the tender preparation,the qualification,the tender documents preparation,the bid documents evaluation methods and so forth.In order to provide reference to the EPC tender activities,the purpose of the article is to study the tender features and methods of EPC pattern.
