摘要
目的:探究滋阴活血中药治疗2型糖尿病继发大血管病变的效果。方法:本院内分泌科2017年全年收治2型糖尿病继发大血管病变患者82例,随机分对照及观察组,各41例。对照组经强化胰岛素治疗,观察组强化胰岛素治疗联合滋阴活血方,对比两组疗效、血糖、凝血指标、颈动脉内膜中层厚度及斑块面积。结果:治疗前两组数据未见明显统计学差异(P> 0.05);治疗后观察组空腹血糖(Glucose,GLU)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hours Postprandial Blood Glucose,2 h PBG)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,FIB)、 D-二聚体(D-Dimer,D-D)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度及斑块面积低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:强化胰岛素和滋阴活血中药方疗法可缓解症状,加速粥样硬化斑块消退,改善血糖及凝血功能。
Objective: To explore efficacy of the Ziyin Huoxue medicine( 滋 阴 活 血 中 药) on type 2 diabetes with secondary macroangiopathy. Methods: 82 patients were randomly divided into the control and observation groups, 41 cases in each. The control group was treated with intensive insulin. The observation group was treated with the Ziyin Huoxue medicine more. Results: After treatment, GLU, 2 h PBG, GSP, FIB, DD, carotid intima-media thickness and plaque area were lower than the control group. The efficiency was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Intensive insulin plus the Ziyin Huoxue prescription can alleviate the symptoms, accelerate the regression of atherosclerotic plaque, and improve glucose and blood coagulation.
