摘要
目的:系统评价复方芪麻胶囊(QM)干预前后高血压病患者血压、血脂的变化。方法:检索并筛选2018年7月31日前中国知网(CNKI)、万方和维普(VIP)三大中文全文数据库中收录的有关QM干预高血压患者血压和血脂的自身对照或自身对照+随机对照研究的全文文献。评价文献质量并提取基线资料(年龄、性别、病程、血压分级)、研究设计(处理因素、剂量、疗程)、样本量和效应指标(均值、标准差、频数)数据信息后,由RevMan 5.3软件先进行异质性分析,采用Z检验进行组间效应比较。结果:共收录28篇文献,收治967例高血压病患者;与治疗前比较,QM治疗后高血压病患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)较治疗前均有显著性降低(P<0.01),而高密度脂蛋白(HDL)有显著性升高(P>0.05)。结论:QM单独或合用降压西药具有降压和调脂效应,可用于高血压病的临床治疗。
Objective:To evaluate anti-hypertensive and anti-hyperlipidemic effects of Compound Qima Capsule(QM)in hypertension patients by meta analysis.Methods:The full-text literatures about QM intervention on blood pressure and blood lipid in hypertension patients were searched and screened from the three major full-text databases of Chinese periodicals,i.e.CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu(VIP),published before July 31,2018.After evaluating the literature quality and extracting data information,heterogeneity analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software,and then Z-test was used to compare the inter-group effects.Results:28 literatures were collected and 967 hypertension patients were treated.After treatment,SBP,DBP,TG and TG were significantly lower than those before treatments(P<0.01),while HDL was significantly higher(P<0.01).Conclusion:QM alone or combined with anti-hypertensive western medicines can both lower blood pressure and regulate lipid,and it is suitable for clinical use for hypertension patients.
