摘要
目的探究加速康复外科理念联合中医适宜技术对二次剖宫产疼痛及满意度的影响。方法选择2018年4月—2019年3月期间于东莞市厚街医院接受剖宫产的产妇100例,根据随机数字表法随机分组,即对照组(传统围手术期护理,n=45)和观察组(加速康复外科理念+中医适宜技术,n=55)。比较两组术后疼痛程度及住院满意度。结果观察组疼痛评分为(5.02±1.10)分低于对照组的(6.45±1.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度(100.00%)高于对照组的(88.89%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科理念联合中医适宜技术有利于缓解二次剖宫产术后疼痛程度,促使患者康复,同时提升患者对临床护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with appropriate technol?ogy of traditional Chinese medicine on pain and satisfaction of second cesarean section.Methods 100 parturients who received cesare?an section in the hospital from April,2018 to March,2019 were randomly divided into control group(traditional perioperative nurs?ing,n=45)and observation group(accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept+appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medi?cine,n=55).The degree of pain and hospitalization satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of the observation group(5.02±1.10)was lower than that of the control group(6.45±1.12)(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the observation group(100%)was higher than that of the control group(88.89%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept combined with appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful to relieve pain after second cesarean section,promote patients’rehabilitation,and improve patients satisfaction with clinical nursing work.
