摘要
目的探讨6MWT对沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者疗效的评估。方法选取2018年佳木斯大学附属第一医院收治的CHF96例,随机分成两组,对照组与试验组,每组各48例。对照组给予标准抗心力衰竭治疗,试验组在标准抗心力衰竭治疗基础上给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦,两个月后根据两组患者6MWT距离评估沙库巴曲缬沙坦对于CHF的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前6MWT距离经分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后6MWT距离统计结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦可以提高CHF患者运动耐力,改善CHF心功能。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of 6MWT in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 96 CHF patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University in 2018 were randomly selected.They were divided into two groups,i.e.control group and experimental group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received standard anti-heart failure treatment.The experimental group received Sacubitril Valsartan on the basis of standard anti-heart failure treatment.2 months later,the clinical significance of Sacubitril Valsartan for CHF was evaluated according to the 6MWT distance between the two groups.Results The 6MWT distance before treatment was analyzed by statistical software(P>0.05).After treatment,the 6MWT distance was statistically analyzed.The statistical results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril Valsartan can improve exercise tolerance and improve CHF cardiac function in patients with CHF.
