摘要
幼儿园是教师日常工作和自主学习真正发生的场域,以全国3111位幼儿园教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查深入了解幼儿园工作环境对教师自主学习的影响,结果表明,虽然教师年龄、教龄、学历和园所性质、规模、等级对教师自主学习都有一定程度的影响,但是幼儿园工作环境因素的影响力度明显高于这些背景因素;构成幼儿园工作环境的管理制度、精神环境、学习机会、资源条件四因素对教师自主学习的影响力度依次递减。为促进教师自主学习,幼儿园应努力改善其工作环境,包括建立体现人文关怀的管理制度,赋予教师学习的自主权;营造平等互助的学习氛围,创设利于教师学习的精神环境;拓展园所内外的学习机会,实现学习渠道的多样化;加强信息化软硬件建设,丰富教师学习资源。
Self-directed learning has become the core competency of teachers. Although teachers’ self-directed learning is a highly individualized activity,it is also the result of interaction between teachers and situations. In view of the fact that preschool is the place where teachers ’daily work and self-directed learning really take place. In this study,3,111 preschool teachers in China were selected as the research objects,and the influence of preschool work environment on teachers’ self-directed learning was deeply understood through questionnaire survey. The results show that teachers ’age,teaching age and education, nature, scale and grade of preschools have a certain influence on teachers’ self-directed learning. In contrast,preschool work environmental factors have a higher impact. Preschool work environmental factors including management system,spiritual environment,learning opportunities and resource conditions have a significant positive impact on teachers’ self-directed learning,and the impact decreases in turn. Therefore,from the perspective of work environment,preschools should strive to provide appropriate support from management system,spiritual environment,learning opportunities and resource conditions respectively. In addition,government departments should ensure the background factors of preschools up to standard through financial investment and vigorous development of generalized preschools.
