摘要
智能水驱是一项低成本、环保、潜力巨大的油田开发新技术。以大量物模实验为基础,针对江苏油田A区块,首次确定了智能水配方,并深入研究了不同因素对智能水驱油效率的影响。研究结果表明:(1)根据江苏油田A区块的油藏适应性评价及原油极性组分测试实验可知,该区块适合开展智能水驱技术。(2)根据智能水驱最优矿化度筛选实验和4类无机盐驱油实验结果,智能水配方为将产出液和注入水按体积比1∶13混合,再另加500 mg/L的NaCl,其具体离子组成为Na^+1795 mg/L、Ca^2+80 mg/L、Mg^2+22 mg/L、Cl^-1720 mg/L、SO4^2-287 mg/L、HCO3^-477 mg/L,总矿化度4381 mg/L。(3)相较于产出水和注入水,智能水驱油效率最高,最大累积采收率为56.48%,说明智能水驱具有低矿化度效应及适宜的离子组成。(4)智能水驱更适用于中、低渗油藏;高温条件比低温条件的智能水驱效率更高;转注时机越早,智能水驱油效率越高;用智能水配制的活性水比用高矿化度水配制的活性水驱油效率更高。
Smart water flooding is a low-cost,environment-friendly and potential-huge new technology for oilfield development.Based on a large number of physical model experiments,the smart water formula was determined for the A block in Jiangsu Oilfield,and the influences of different factors on the smart water displacement efficiency were studied.Research results show that:(1)According to the reservoir adaptability evaluation of the A block in Jiangsu Oilfield and the test of the polar component of the crude oil,it is known that this block is suitable for smart water flooding technology.(2)According to the optimal salinity screening experiment of smart water flooding and the results of four kinds of inorganic salt flooding experiments,the optimal smart water formula of the A block is determined,and its ionic composition is Na^+ of 1795 mg/L,Ca^2+ of 80 mg/L,Mg^2+ of 22 mg/L,Cl^- of 1720 mg/L,SO4^2+ of 287 mg/L,HCO3^- of 477 mg/L,and its total salinity is 4381 mg/L.(3)Compared with produced water of high salinity and injected water,the smart water has the best displacement effect,and the maximum cumulative recovery factor of the smart water flooding is 56.48%,which shows that the smart water flooding is of low salinity effect and suitable ion composition.(4)Compared with high permeability reservoirs,smart water flooding technology is more suitable for medium and low permeability reservoirs.In the range of 0~90℃,the smart water flooding is of better displacement effect under high temperature condition than under low temperature condition.The earlier the conversion opportunity from produced water flooding to the smart water flooding,the higher the displacement efficiency of smart water flooding.The active water formulated with the smart water has higher displacement efficiency than that with the produced water of high salinity.
