摘要 为了解决Z油田注水井长期高压欠注,常规酸化、压裂效果不理想等问题,通过储层地质特征分析及岩心溶蚀实验,优选出了适合该储层酸压的酸液,同时筛选了缓蚀剂、助排剂等添加剂及其体积分数,最终确定的酸液配方为:8%HCl+3%HF+1%HBF 4+3%HEDP+3%无机酸+1%聚环氧琥珀酸钠+1%聚乙二醇。现场应用表明,该体系能够有效解堵,达到改善地层渗透率的目的,酸压措施后注水压力从22.3MPa降低到18.9MPa,注水量从1m^3/d增加到25m^3/d,为砂岩油藏实施酸压措施提供了一定的参考。 In order to solve the problems of water injection wells in Z oilfield,such as the long-term under-injection due to high pressure,the undesirable conventional acidification and fracturing result,etc.,the acidifying liquid suitable for the reservoir is optimized and meanwhile the additives such as corrosion inhibitors and cleanup additive and their volume fraction are selected through the geological characteristic analysis of the reservoir and core dissolution experiments.The finally determined acidifying liquid formula is 8% HCl+3% HF+1% HBF 4+3% HEDP+3% inorganic acid+1% sodium polyepoxysuccinate+1% polyethylene glycol.The field application shows that the system can effectively remove plugging and achieve the purpose of improving formation permeability.After taking the acidifying fracturing treatment,the water injection pressure was reduced from 22.3 MPa to 18.9 MPa and the water injection volume is increased from 1 m^3/d to 25 m^3/d,which provides the certain reference for implementing acidifying fracturing measures in sandstone reservoirs.
