磷灰石耐火纸清洁生产工艺的探索研究

摘要 采用清洁工艺,以水、无机钙盐、磷酸盐、无机酸为原料制备了磷灰石耐火纸样品。样品由纯度较高的羟基磷灰石微米片构成,在火焰灼烧下不燃烧,具有耐火纸的部分特性。但该样品性能较差,目前无法满足工业使用要求,后期还需改变原料配比,优化工艺参数,提升产品性能。 The sample of fire-resistant apatite paper was prepared with inorganic calcium salt, phosphate and inorganic acid as raw materials by a clean production process. This sample was made up of hydroxyapatite microsheets with high purity. It has some properties of fire-resistant paper. Unfortunately, the performance of the sample is poor, and it cannot meet the requirements for industrial application at present. In the next stage, it is necessary to change the ratio of raw materials, optimize process parameters to improve the performance of the product.
