摘要
目的:探讨在老年骨性关节炎患者静脉采血过程中采用传统式注射器与真空采血针进行静脉采血效果对比的临床研究.方法:选取2016年6月-2017年12月老年骨性关节炎患者共计596例,在治疗期间随机分为3组,观察组使用真空式采血法进行静脉采血,其中200例采用1次性双向针静脉采血(双向针组),196例采用1次性蝶翼式采血针进行静脉采血(蝶翼式组).对照组200例使用传统式1次性注射器静脉采血,将3组病例采血耗时、穿刺失败例数、凝血、溶血例数及晕针、血肿等并发症作为观察指标进行记录分析.结果:与对照组相比较,观察组具有静脉采血耗时短,溶血例数少,并发症少,其中蝶翼式组表现更为明显,而观察组与对照组在穿刺失败率方面差异没有统计学意义.结论:与采用传统注射器相比,采用真空采血针法静脉采血耗时缩短,穿刺失败率降低,凝血、溶血率降低且并发症发生率小,真空采血针较传统1次性注射器静脉采血效果更加满意,值得在临床推广使用.
Objective:To research the effect of traditional syringe and vacuum needle on venous blood collection in elderly patients with osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 596 elderly patients with osteoarthritis from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected.During the treatment,they were randomly divided into three groups.The observation group used vacuum blood collection method for venous blood collection.Among them,200 cases were treated with disposable bidirectional needle vein blood collection(bidirectional needle group),and 196 cases were treated with disposable butterfly vein blood collection needle(butterfly wing type group).In the control group,200 cases of traditional disposable syringes were used for intravenous blood collection,and complications such as time一consuming blood collection,failure rate of puncture,coagulation,hemolysis and seasickness and hematoma were recorded and analyzed.Compared with the control group,the observation group had a shorter time of venous blood collection,fewer hemolysis cases and fewer complications,among which,the butterfly group showed more obvious performance,while the difference in puncture failure rate between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional syringe,the time of vein blood collection by vacuum needle was shorter,the failure rate of puncture was lower,the rate of coagulation and hemolysis was lower,and the incidence of complications was smaller.The vacuum extraction needle was more satisfying than traditional disposable syringes,and it s worth the clinical use.
