摘要
目的探讨两种不同采血方式的的效能差异。方法对我院产前病区 2 0 0 3年 2～ 4月 6 0 7例采用真空采血系统进行采血的与 2 0 0 2年 1 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 1月 5 98例采用一次性注射器进行采血的两种不同方式进行效能分析比较。结果两种采血方式所需时间、被污染程度、标本重新采集关系差异有显著性意义。结论采用真空采血系统采血具有干净安全、简单快捷。
Objective To explore the difference in the efficiency of two blood sampling method. Method 607 cases of patients hospitalized in the prenatal patients’areas of the hospital from Feb.To April were selected for blood collection by Vacuum blood collection system,and compared with that of 598 cases patients from Nov.2002 to Jun.2003 by disposable syringe. Result There is significant difference in requirde time of blood collecting,extent of pollution,re sampling between the two blood sampling method.Conclusion Vacuum blood collection system is safe,clean,quick and accurate ways of blood sampling.
