利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 选取2017年1月至2018年6月102例T2DM,随机平分二甲双胍组,联合组给予利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗。观察糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、空腹血糖(FPG)。结果联合组总有效率(90.20%)较二甲双胍组(70.59%)高(P<0.05);联合组血清HbA1c、FPG、2hPG水平低于二甲双胍组(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者采用利拉鲁肽、二甲双胍联合治疗,疗效确切,并可显著降低血糖水平。
