摘要
乡村振兴是新时期我国应对社会主要矛盾变化的重要战略举措。社会工作是公共服务的重要社会力量,其专业特长、职业发展以及与政府合作的丰富经验表明乡村振兴需要社会工作的协同参与。文章在运用文献分析法的基础上分别从政府的有力支持与社会工作的专业优势两方面分析社会工作参与乡村振兴的可行性,发现社会工作与乡村振兴战略之间存在价值理念的深度契合,在政府的引领支持及民间组织积极参与的前提下,社会工作可以充分借助专业优势助推乡村振兴。
Rural revitalization is an important strategic measure for Chinese to deal with the change of the major social contradiction in the new era.Social work is an important social force for public service.Its professional expertise,career development and rich experience with the government show that rural revitalization requires the collaborative participation of social work.On the basis of using the literature analysis method,the article analyzes the feasibility of social work participating in rural revitalization from two aspects that the strong support of the government and the professional advantages of social work.It finds that there is a deep fit between social work and rural revitalization strategy.On the basis of the guidance of the government and the active participation of civil society organizations,Social work can give full play to professional advantages to promote rural revitalization.
