摘要
高校实验人员作为高校实验教学、科学研究、社会服务的主要承担者和管理者,他们的个人素质、业务能力、管理经验等都直接关系到高校整体水平和竞争力,是制约高校快速发展的重要因素之一.在借鉴国内外检验检测机构资质认定制度的基础上,从实验室人员的任职要求、培训要求、管理要求等角度,探索构建了高校实验室人才队伍建设的新模式,为高校的建设与发展提供了重要的参考.
In colleges and universities,the experimenters are main undertakers and managers of experimental teaching,scientific research and social service.Their personal quality,professional ability and management experience are directly concerned with the overall level and the competitiveness,as well as an important factor to restrict the rapid development of colleges and universities.With the experience of the qualification recognition system of international inspection and testing institutions,together with the aspects of appointment requirements,training requirements and management requirements,this paper presents a novel model that explores and constructs the construction of laboratory talent team in colleges and universities.In addition,this study also offers an important reference for the construction and development of colleges and universities.
