摘要
针对高平市某新建净水厂的工艺流程和控制要求,研究设计了水厂自动化综合监控系统。主要介绍了净水厂监控系统架构,分析了现地层与主控层的功能,进行了S7-300 PLC硬件和软件程序的设计,开发了上位机监控系统画面。实际应用表明:该系统实现了对净水厂生产过程实时数据的采集和监控,有效地提高了净水厂的工作效率与自动化水平。
According to the process flow and control requirements of a new water purification plant in Gaoping City,the water plant automation integrated monitoring system was studied and designed.It mainly introduces the monitoring system architecture of the water purification plant,analyzes the functions of the existing ground layer and the main control layer,designs the hardware and software programs of the S7-300 PLC,and develops the screen of the upper computer monitoring system.The practical application shows that the system realizes the collection and monitoring of the real-time data of the water purification plant production process,effectively improving the working efficiency and automation level of the water purification plant.
