摘要
锰铁高炉对于锰铁提炼而言,是非常重要的装置设备,基于高炉自动上料系统,能够实时转变传统锰铁高炉上料模式,并有效控制炉顶与槽下,以保证上料的合理性与高效性,与锰铁高炉需要明确相符。基于PLC技术所设计的锰铁高炉自动上料控制系统,其软件主要包含上位机监控组态软件与下位机PLC编程软件,其中监控软件选用工业控制组态软件WinCC6.0作为主要载体进行软件开发,而编程软件则选用SiemensStep7V5.3作为载体进行软件设计。实践证明,PLC技术视角下的锰铁高炉自动上料控制系统,能够在很大程度上优化系统的功能,提高上料效率与质量,进而实现锰铁行业的可持续稳定发展。
The ferromanganese blast furnace is a very important equipment for ferromanganese refining. Based on the automatic charging system of blast furnace,the traditional charging mode of ferromanganese blast furnace can be changed in real time,and the top and bottom of the furnace can be effectively controlled so as to ensure the rationality and efficiency of charging. In accordance with the ferromanganese blast furnace needs to be clearly consistent. Based on the function of PLC technology,the automatic feeding control system of ferromanganese blast furnace is designed. The software mainly includes upper computer monitoring configuration software and lower computer PLC programming software.The industrial control configuration software WinCC6.0 is selected as the main carrier for software development,and the programming software Siemens Step7 V5.3 is chosen as the carrier for software design. The practice shows that the automatic feeding control system of ferromanganese blast furnace under the view of PLC technology can optimize the function of the system to a great extent,improve the feeding efficiency and quality,and then realize the sustainable and stable development of ferromanganese industry.
