摘要
本文主要针对重污染快速应急响应的需求,基于当地区域空气质量模型,建立了可依据监测事实来进行调整的控制措施效果评价方法。在进行计算的过程中,需要进行设计多种PM参数组以及相应系数,才能得到需要进行控制措施实施效果的范围,此外还利用建立的方法,对重污染应急提出了相应的管控措施。
This paper focuses on the needs of rapid emergency response to heavy pollution.Based on the local regional air quality model,an effective evaluation method for control measures that can be adjusted based on monitoring facts is established.In the process of calculation,it is necessary to design a variety of PM parameter sets and corresponding coefficients in order to obtain the range of effects that need to be implemented.In addition,the established methods are adopted to put forward corresponding control measures for heavy pollution emergency.
