摘要
解决催化裂化(FCC)废催化剂的出路已成为炼油厂十分关心的问题,将其改性用于催化臭氧处理含酚污水意义重大。通过在FCC废催化剂上负载具有催化活性的组分进行改性,用于催化臭氧氧化含酚污水,结果显示,FCC废催化剂用于直接催化臭氧氧化苯酚的作用不明显,负载活性组分后,可大幅提高臭氧对苯酚的氧化效果,当负载MgO时,对总有机碳(TOC)的去除率达到46.50%,明显高于无催化剂时的28.19%,显示出良好的催化活性。
The solution of waste FCC catalyst has become a very important issue for refineries.It has great significance to modify it for catalytic ozonation of waste water containing phenols.Modified waste FCC catalyst through loading catalytic active component was used for catalytic ozonation in this work.The results showed that the effect of modified waste FCC catalyst was much better than the waste catalyst itself on degradation of waste water containing phenols.When MgO was loaded,the removal rate of TOC reached 46.50%,significantly higher than the removal rate of 28.19%without catalyst,indicating great catalytic activity of modified FCC waste catalyst.
