摘要
采用镁与铁制备出的复合双金属氧化物作为臭氧催化剂,催化臭氧处理偶氮染料废水。研究表明,制备的复合型双金属氧化物具有尖晶石和钙钛矿型等特殊的结构,这些特殊的结构具有异常价态及晶格缺陷结构从而影响臭氧催化性能,在偶氮染料橙黄II废水初始浓度为100 mg/L时,臭氧量为1000 mg/h,催化剂量为0.4 g,溶液初始pH为5.5,反应温度为25℃,催化臭氧氧化处理16 min后,偶氮染料橙黄Ⅱ的去除率达91.9%,CODCr的去除率为74.4%。
It studied the peparation of iron magnesium composite oxide,and the special structure of double metal oxide catalytic ozone oxidation method to deal with Azo Dye wastewater in the paper. The double metal oxide had the special structure,such as spinel and perovskite structure,the special structure had abnormal valence and lattice defect,affecting the catalytic performance of catalytic ozonation. When the Azo Dye wastewater of initial concentration is 100 mg/L,ozone concentration is 1000 mg/h,catalyst dosage is 0. 4 g,wastewater initial pH is 5. 5,reaction temperature is 25 ℃,the catalytic ozonation reaction after 16 min,Azo Dye of orange Ⅱ removal rate reached 91. 9%,CODCr removal rate is 74. 4%.
