摘要
高校教育管理工作现状具体表现在教育管理环境复杂,教育管理理念滞后,教育管理部门互动弱化,教育管理人员素质不高,网络化设施建设水平较低等方面。阐述了高校教育管理工作优化途径,即确立“互联网+”管理思维,确立现代教育管理思想,完善教育管理组织体系,强化管理人员队伍建设,完善教育管理系统建设,从而建立起与“互联网+”时代相匹配的教育管理体系,优化高校教育管理工作,提高高校教育管理工作的有效性,实现高校的可持续发展。
The current situation of education management in colleges embodied in complex environment of education management,the lag of education management concept,the weakening of interaction between education management departments,the low quality of education management personnel,and the low level of network facilities construction.It expounds to optimize educational management in colleges,namely,establishing“Internet+”management thinking,establishing modern educational management ideas,perfecting the educational management organizational system,strengthening managerial personnel construction,and improving educational management system construction,so as to establish an educational management system that matches“Internet+”era,optimize the education and management of colleges,and improve the management of higher education,so as to achieve sustainable development of colleges.
