摘要
运用三阶段DEA模型剥离外部环境因素和随机扰动项的影响对2007—2016年中国28个省市的能源环境效率进行测算。结果表明,剔除环境因素和随机扰动项后,我国的总体能源环境效率有了较大改变,体现为东部>中部>西部。
The three-stage DEA model is used to calculate the energy and environmental efficiency of 28 provinces and cities in China from 2007 to 2016 by separating the influence of external environmental factors and random disturbances.The results show that the overall energy and environmental efficiency of China has changed a lot after removing environmental factors and random disturbance items,which is reflected in the East>Midlands>the West.
