摘要
以分析心理护理在精神科治疗康复中的作用为目的。将我院精神科于2016年4月2017年8月收治的60例患者随机分为对照组和试验组,两组均给予常规药物进行治疗,而试验组则在此基础上予以心理护理,对比两组的复发率以及心理问题的治疗效果。经治疗及护理干预后,试验组患者的性格改变、行为异常、语言异常、病情复发、治疗有效率依次为6.67%、10.00%、16.67%、23.33%、93.33%,和对照组的26.67%、27.00%、46.67%、63.33%、73.33%相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在精神病患者的康复治疗期,要通过心理护理有效纠正患者的异常行为与心理状态,优化临床疗效,降低病情复发的风险,值得在临床大力推广。
The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of psychological nursing in psychiatric rehabilitation.60 patients admitted to psychiatric department of our hospital from April 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Both groups were given conventional drugs for treatment,while experimental group was given psychological care on this basis,and recurrence rate and treatment effect of psychological problems were compared between two groups.After the treatment and nursing intervention,the character change,behavior abnormality,language abnormality,relapse and effective rate of patients in experimental group were 6.67%,10.00%,16.67%,23.33% and 93.33%respectively,which was statistically significant compared with 26.67%,27.00%,46.67%,63.33% and 73.33% in control group(P<0.05).In the period of rehabilitation treatment for mental patients,we should effectively correct abnormal behavior and mental state of patients through psychological care,optimize clinical efficacy,reduce risk of relapse,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
