摘要
很多建筑施工企业采用劳务分包用工模式,劳务队作为管理层级中的实施层,是最直接的生产单元、管理单元和效益单元,是施工企业价值链中不可或缺的节点,所以如何做好劳务分包管理已成为目前必须要面对和解决的问题,通过对当前劳务分包管理现状的分析,提出如何管理劳务队伍的具体措施,为做好劳务分包管理提供参考和借鉴。
Many construction enterprises adopt the labor subcontracting mode. As the implementation layer in the management level, the labor team is the most direct production unit, management unit and benefit unit, and is an indispensable node in the value chain of construction enterprises. Therefore, how to do a good job in labor subcontracting management has become a problem that must be faced and solved at present. Based on the analysis of the current situation, this paper puts forward the specific measures of how to manage the labor force, which can provide reference for the management of labor subcontracting.
