摘要
目的探讨整体护理模式对脑梗死(CIS)患者护理效果的影响。方法选取2016年3月~2018年3月我院收治的60例CIS患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和护理组,每组各30例。常规组给予常规护理干预,护理组给予整体护理模式,比较护理前后两组吞咽困难评分、C反应蛋白、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、生活质量(社会功能、生理功能、生活能力、情感功能)及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组的吞咽困难评分、C反应蛋白、SDS评分、SAS评分、生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的吞咽困难评分高于护理前,C反应蛋白低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后两组SDS、SAS评分明显低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,护理组的各项指标改善情况均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理组护理总满意度(97.00%)高于常规组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理模式对CIS患者吞咽困难的效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing model on nursing effect of cerebral infarction patiens(CIS).Methods A total of 60 patients with CIS treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as subjects.They randomly were divided into routine group and nursing group,30 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was given to routine group,and holistic nursing mode was given to nursing group.The dysphagia score,C-reactive protein,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and self-rating anxiety(SAS)were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there were significant differences in dysphagia score and C-reactive protein,SDS and SAS scores,life quality score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the score of dysphagia in the two groups was higher than that before nursing,C-reactive protein was lower than before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the improvement of each index in the nursing group was higher than that in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Total satisfaction of nursing group(97.00%),Significantly higher than the routine group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of holistic nursing mode on dysphagia of cerebral infarction patients is remarkable.
