摘要
目的了解贵州省新毕业本科男护士就业、离职意愿现状及影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、离职意愿量表对贵州省4所护理本科院校2017年毕业的184名新毕业本科男护士进行调查。结果参与调查的184名新毕业本科男护士中,44名目前未从事护理工作,流失率达23.9%,仅有140名目前在从事护理工作,离职意愿量表得分为(17.16±3.00)分,多元线性回归分析结果显示,专业选择、心仪科室与否、科室人文关怀情况和职业打算对新毕业本科男护士离职意愿得分影响有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论目前贵州省新毕业本科男护士流失率较高,在医院工作的男护士也表现出较高的离职意向,专业选择、心仪科室与否、科室人文关怀情况和职业打算对新毕业本科男护士离职意愿有影响。
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of the employment and turnover intention of newly-graduated male nursing undergraduates in Guizhou province.Methods Totally 184 newly-graduated male nurses from 4 nursing colleges in Guizhou province in 2017 were investigaed by using a general information questionnaire and Turnover Intention Scale.Results Of the 184 male nurses,44(23.9%)of them currently did not engaged in nursing work and 140 worked as nurses.The score of Turnover Intention Scale was 17.16±3.00.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that professional choice,preferred department or not,humanistic care and career plan were the influence factors of male nueses’turnover intention(P<0.001).Conclusion At present,the turnover rate of newly-graduated male nurses is high and even for those working as a nurse,they show high intention of turnover.Professional choice,preferred department or not,humanistic care and career plan have an impact on turnover intention.
