摘要
目的:明确护理本科毕业生就业的核心竞争力,为针对性的培训和就业指导提供依据。方法:运用文献查阅法、专家访谈法设计调查问卷,对来自广东省85家不同等级医疗机构的228名护理人员就护理本、专科生的就业核心竞争力进行问卷调查。结果:护理本科生与专科生的就业竞争力有很大差异(P<0.01),专业力、思维力、创造力、可持续发展力是护理本科生就业的核心竞争力;意志力、凝聚力、执行力、从事护理专业的稳定性是护理本科生的相对薄弱环节。结论:护理本科生既有就业优势,又有就业劣势,应通过各种方法巩固优势,扭转劣势。
Under the instruction of scientific outlook on development and advanced education theory, Third Military Medical University has applied the whole-process quality management theory and methods to establish and perfect the whole-orientation and multi-dimensional teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system. Many years' research and practice have optimized the basic teaching construction and enhanced the teaching quality.
