摘要
以γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷和十二烷基二甲基叔胺为原料,合成了3-(三甲氧基硅烷基)丙基二甲基十二烷基氯化铵。考察了溶剂类型及其用量、催化剂类型及其用量、反应物配比对该季铵化反应的影响。得到最佳合成条件为:n(硅烷)∶n(叔胺)为1.1∶1,以质量分数为30%的正丙醇为溶剂,1%碘化钾为催化剂,通入氮气,磁力搅拌下回流反应16h,有机硅季铵盐的转化率可达93.02%。
3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propyldimethyldodecylammonium chloride was synthesized fromγ-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane and dodecyldimethylamine as raw materials.The effects of solvent type and amount,catalyst type and amount,and reactant ratio on the quaternization reaction were investigated.The optimum synthesis conditions were as follows:n(silane)∶n(tertiary amine)was 1.1∶1,using n-propanol with a mass fraction of 30%as a solvent,1%potassium iodide as a catalyst,passing nitrogen gas,and refluxing under magnetic stirring.At 16h,the conversion rate of organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt reached 93.02%.
