摘要
目的:探讨腹部针灸联合红藤汤保留灌肠对盆腔炎患者中医症候积分、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及阴道分泌物洁净度的影响。方法:选取2016年7月至2018年6月淮北市中医医院收治的盆腔炎患者142例,按照入院顺序分组,双号为观察组,单号为对照组,每组71例。对照组患者给予红藤汤保留灌肠治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用腹部针灸治疗。观察两组患者的中医症候积分、临床疗效、血清CRP水平、阴道分泌物洁净度及复发情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者中医症候积分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率为90.14%(64/71),明显高于对照组的74.65%(53/71),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清CRP水平均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的阴道分泌物洁净度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后12个月,观察组患者的复发率为5.63%(4/71),明显低于对照组的16.90%(12/71),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部针灸联合红藤汤保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎的效果确切,可有效减轻患者的炎症反应,提高阴道清洁度。
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with Hongteng decoction for retention enema on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,serum c-reactive protein(CRP)level and cleanliness of vaginal secretion in patients with pelvic inflammation.METHODS:142 patients with pelvic inflammation admitted into Huaibei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jul.2016 to Jun.2018 were selected and divided according to admission sequences,the even numbers were set as observation group,the odd numbers were set as control group,with 71 cases in each group.The control group was given Hongteng decoction for retention enema,while the observation group was given abdominal acupuncture based on the control group.The TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,serum CRP levels,cleanliness of vaginal secretion and incidences of relapse of the two groups were observed.RESULTS:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups had been significantly decreased,and that of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was 90.14%(64/71),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.65%,53/71),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum CRP levels of both groups had been significantly decreased,and that of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment,the cleanliness of vaginal secretion of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);at 12 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of observation group was 5.63%(4/71),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(16.90%,12/71),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with Hongteng decoction for retention enema in treatment of pelvic inflamm
