摘要
[目的]了解中青年经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后病人冠心病知识水平现状及影响因素。[方法]对100例中青年PCI术后病人于出院前1日分别采用自制问卷及冠心病相关知识评价调查表(Perceived Knowledge Scale for CHD,PKS-CHD)调查病人一般资料情况及冠心病知识掌握情况,并对冠心病知识掌握情况的影响因素进行多元线性回归分析。[结果]100例病人冠心病知识得分为(27.93±9.60)分,得分指数为53.71%。不同文化程度、心血管病家族史、居住地、医保类型、病程、家庭人均月收入以及有无糖尿病病人冠心病知识得分比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),其中文化程度(P=0.037)及病程(P=0.011)是中青年PCI术后病人冠心病知识水平的影响因素。[结论]中青年PCI术后病人冠心病知识水平亟待提高,医护人员在实施健康教育及干预措施时应关注病人文化程度及病程,对不同文化程度及不同病程阶段的病人采取合理的教育方法,帮助病人提高冠心病知识水平。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of knowledge level of coronary heart disease and its influencing factors in young and middle-aged patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:One day before discharge,the self-made questionnaire and Perceived Knowledge Scale for CHD(PKS-CHD) were used to investigate the general information and knowledge level of coronary heart disease of 100 young and middle-aged patients after PCI,and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted on the influencing factors of knowledge of coronary heart disease.Results:The score of knowledge of coronary heart disease in 100 patients was(27.93±9.60),and the score index was 53.71%.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of coronary heart disease knowledge of patients with different education levels,family history of cardiovascular disease,place of residence,type of medical insurance,course of disease,family per capita monthly income and patients with or without a history of diabetes(P<0.05),among which education level and course of disease were the influencing factors of coronary heart disease knowledge level of middle-aged and young patients after PCI(P<0.05).Conclusions:The knowledge level of coronary heart disease in young and middle-aged patients after PCI urgently needs to be improved.Medical staff should pay attention to the patient’s education level and course of disease when implementing health education and intervention measures.The appropriate education methods should be taken for patients with different degrees of education and different stages of disease,so as to help patients improve the knowledge level of coronary heart disease.
